Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 30% of the booked service.
• I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, the appointment is considered a no-show.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service, as they impact both my schedule and other clients.
To help you keep track of your appointment, I send two reminders:
1. At the time of booking
2. 72 hours before
I understand that emergencies happen, but please know these policies are in place to protect my time and business.
Booking Policies
• All new clients are required to have a card on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
• A deposit is required for most services. This deposit goes toward your total service cost but is non-refundable if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours.
